In the dawn of life, myself I see,

A newborn cradled in life’s mystery.

Needing love’s touch, gentle and divine,

A soul in the embrace of kindness shine.

Through life’s labyrinth, pain I’ve borne,

A traveler weary, tattered, and torn.

Seeking solace in love’s tender might,

A beacon in the darkest night.

In the evening of my years, I softly tread,

I yearn for love’s solace, my heart’s quiet bed.

In life’s evening, as shadows grow,

Kindness is the warmth in cold’s chilly blow.

In you, a new life begins to stir,

A mirror of innocence, bright and sure.

Needing love as the dew needs the dawn,

A bond unspoken, yet clearly drawn.

Your journey too marked by pain and strife,

A testament to the trials of life.

In your hours of need a silent plea,

Loving kindness is the key.

As you tread towards the evening’s glow,

Where whispered winds of age do blow,

May love’s gentle hand guide your way,

In twilight’s tender, tranquil ray.

In you and me, our stories entwine,

Through the folds of space and time.

Not as transient flickers, but eternal flame,

In the dance of existence, we are the same.

Together our vision, so vast and profound,

Together we journey in this path unbound.

With hearts echoing Metta and karuna’s song,

To this universal anthem, our souls belong.

In this timeless unity, our place we find,

Every being, every moment, our love entwined.

No separation in this cosmic trace

Oneself, one heart, in unity we embrace.

In the realm where no ‘othering’ casts its shade,

Togethering blossoms, in compassion arrayed.

In this cycle of being, our paths converge,

United in oneness, our purposes emerge.

May all beings be peaceful.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be safe.

May all beings be free.
